    1. Auto – I’m very familiar with the concepts, terms, and contracts. I picked the mass market carrier with a reasonable price and most easily accessible policy documents and overview to consult in the event I need to make any changes or manage my policy

      Home – I fix everything myself and would only ever file a claim for catastrophic damage. I picked the highest claims satisfaction insurer I could find and selected a high deductible. I hope to never need them lol

      Unfortunately, my home carrier’s auto product was nearly twice as expensive (!!!) as other carriers so I’m split between companies for the near future

    2. I worked for them for 23 years. Tried to switch after I lost my job in a huge layoff, but no quality insurer could touch their rates.
