I’m looking to join the Air Force, I will be married before I talk to the recruiter I’m 27 (M) and my wife is 25 (F), she comes from an army family so she knows what’s to expect when moving around (I don’t know what to expect) but we are looking for advice of how to pocket the most money , like budgeting hacks . We would like to own a home and rent it. Is this possible while in active duty? Wife wants to know other side things she can focus on with the resources we will be given

Are you looking at joining as an officer or enlisting? If you can join as an officer, your options drastically increase. If you have no college degree and plan on enlisting, you can get to a point where you can afford a house, but it’s going to take a number of years
