Pending TSP validation what does that mean

Does anybody know what this means. I reenlisted almost two months ago and was told if I haven't received my bonus in 30-45 days to contact my retention NCO. So today I decided to do that after the 50th day and she told me that my bonus is pending TSP validation. I went up to finance also and they told me they don't even see my bonus in the system and they won't see anything until it's given a payout date. Does anybody have any tips or ideas I can do? Or just continue to be patient and wait it out.
