CPAP, needed to live, should not be subject to arbitrary "compliance" restrictions.
If I am struggling to use the machine and only manage to wear it 2 hours a night, or four hours a night… 3-4 days a week… it still helps me heal and get energy and get physically active.
Especially if there are multiple contributing problems like spine injury, acid reflux, anxiety, sinusitis… how dare some slimy corporate fuck brain try to take my medical treatment away from me?
I can't believe this shit is legal. I have called my state senators, congressmen, senators in washington, and governor and written DHHS to review this stupid bullshit.
50% of people fail to comply with sleep apnea shit.
If you are having trouble using the machine, they should schedule you a consultation with anxiety treatment, sinus treatment, etc. before taking away a machine you literally need to live.
Would anybody ever consider taking away someone's heart pills because they forgot to take them?
Why aren't these people rounded up and put in jail?
They deserve to be charged with first degree murder!
