About to PCS and would like to utilize TLE, but the family already moved to our new duty station. Am I entitled to receive single or w/ dependent rate if I use it in my old duty station location?
Also its safe to assume that if I use TLE when I get to new location, Im going to receive w/ dependent rate even though the family has been there.
