How much would a 29 year E-7 bring home a month in retirement pay? I had to get out 10 years ago due to an injury. I would have been eligible to retire this month at 20 years. My buddy who went in the same time as me is retiring at 20 years E-7 and I was curious how much I would be making a month if that was me? Lol

It depends on when he got promoted to E-7. You take the average of his highest 36 months of base pay and multiple times 2.5% times years of service.
