I was driving down a left lane and got T boned by a driver trying to get to the the right lane ( idk how they got in that angle on a straight road) my car is driveable but the right side is really messed up and needs a lot of repairs. At first they offered to pay for the repairs but once they saw the damage they said we have to go through insurance. I filed a report online with their insurance and it’s a the weekend so I guess they’ll get back to me on Monday. I have a few questions.
1: my back is not doing so well. I did go to the hospital they gave me medication for inflammation and pain. I’m scared the pain will get worse or affect my life. Can I go to some sort specialist or therapist and get myself checked out under their insurance?

now don’t have a car and need it. Would they cover a car rental for me while my car gets fixed?

Can I sue their asses? I keep relieving the moment. Can’t seem to get it out of my head. Im like traumatized, w no car and in pain. Feel like I should be compensated.
