Looking for a low interest loan to consolidate debt and wrap home improvement into. Wondering if anyone has had luck recently with a head turning rate and who serviced it. Credit score fluctuates between 790-810.

I recently got a credit card with Discover that has a 0% APR for 12 months. Just transferred $8,000 worth of CC debt that was at 14% for 2% fee.
