Three months ago my partner changed their policy to full coverage. They learned yesterday that the policy change took 3 months to actually 'process' and only now did they make the change in their system. In the interim, they claim they stopped directly charging my partner, although bank records show them charging a lesser amount for partial coverage. They are now demanding double payment each month to catch up.

    No notice was given by mail or phone for charging double to my partners card earlier this month.

    What do we do? This seems wrong, but we don't know enough so maybe this is normal.
