Direct Deposit Failure with DFAS

So long story short, I used Robinhood for my direct deposit from the National Guard since I just use it for investing. Now its come to my attention that Robinhood no longer offers cash management accounts and closed the accounts. The routing number and account number on mypay was never changed by me.

The FAQ on mypay says it will reflect the following pay period but I'm just not sure how true that is and I want to confirm.

DFAS doesn't pick up the phone and my CoC just doesn't seems like they can help me with this right now.

This is terrible timing because I've been waiting on my bonus for over a year and I'm panicking wondering how screwed I am and how possible it would be to recoup the funds. I changed the direct deposit but I should have done it sooner.. This is completely my fault I know.

I've been keeping screen shots and records of everything to cover my ass and take this as far as it has to go. Robinhood is also terrible. WIll not use again
