Tesla Purchase/Registration

Hello, I was wondering if anyone who is a WA state resident had luck purchasing a Tesla while stationed in CT and registering the vehicle in WA state. I would appreciate any tips of step-by-step directions that you may be able to provide. I would like to take advantage of the WA state vehicle tax exemption. Thank you so much!
