Got rear ended and coming through personal injury process

Has anybody ever gone through this in Ontario? I was self employed through my own business as a contractor making about 40k a year , no broken bones from the accident but my car was totaled and I have soft tissue damage back/arm/shoulder/neck pain that’s likely going to be chronic , this happened two years ago , I’ve got very small doctors stuff on file (I’m an hour away from my doctor) .

I’m also worried about these surveillance dudes I still drive out and spend the entire day at the farm really as I find it easier to sleep there and the animals keep my anxiety down.

Main question : Will me driving out everyday and being followed look bad on me ? I haven’t worked at all in two years

Second question: what kind of pay out do you think a situation like mine can amount too
