Both of us backing out, I was almost all the way out and he backed into my rear fender. My damage is on the fender, his damage is on the rear bumper.
Since we were both moving, what's the likelihood that an adjuster just says this is 50/50 fault, or would they consider the fact my damage is on the fender indicating he backed into my side?
Just trying to understand how this will play out?

99% it’s 50/50. You both were inattentive, did not see the other person, did not stop and attempt to evade the accident.
