Does anybody know why AmFam doesn't offer paperless statements for their Life Insurance? I see that they have it for everything else but we only have some life insurance policies with them. I even called them and was told it was not an option but she didn't know why. I commented on Twitter and whoever does their company social media told me they did. I explained and they told me to call. And then just stopped responding to me. Just curious. With 4 different policies I get a ton of mail from them and I'd just like to be able to see my statements online which you can't do either.

Might be a state law that requires paper notifications.
It’s probably a state law – maybe because it’s very easy to look up the insurance on a vehicle, but you can’t do that with a person.
