Texas. Curious how this works. Insurance totaled a greenhouse on our property. It was a kit greenhouse that cost around $900. However, assembling was two days of hard work. Not to mention that tearing down the old one and disposing of it is going to be a chore also.
If I hired someone a contractor to handle this they're quoting me $4400 with teardown and removal of the old one and setting up the new one (includes purchase price of the greenhouse).
Am I justified in seeking compensation for the labor and disposal costs?
Insurance adjustment question, carrier offered cost of replacement, but nothing for labor.
