I got into a side swiping accident, neither party had a dash cam and it turned into a 'he said she said' case, and my insurance decided no liability on my end. A month later, the other party submits a video of us interacting while exchanging insurance information, edited or cut out where I denied fault. My insurance company changed their liability decision to at-fault, claiming that I apologized (I didn't) and didn't deny fault (I did, but not in the video submitted). I requested arbitration but the insurance company told me there is nothing I can do further (they did not go through arbitration). My premium will be going up as a result of this at-fault accident.

Is there anything I can do to dispute my insurance company's liability decision? Their reasoning for overturning liability makes no sense to me.

He said/she said overturned based on video evidence

    1. Yeah contact your states department of insurance as your insurance company shouldn’t be making decisions based on evidence that wouldn’t be admissible in court

Speak to their supervisor but sounds like there is more to the story. Who is your insurance company. Many don’t accept hair cause you say sorry. That’s isn’t accepting fault and isn’t seen so for an adjuster.
