My husband is being sent to Korea for his next duty station and we got married and got a place after he received his orders. What is supposed to happen when he leaves? Do I go back to the Barracks? How is BAH supposed to work?
Are you both active duty? If so and you had a joint household, in most cases, you would continue getting BAH without dependents until you PCS. DOD FMR, Volume 7a, Chapter 26, para 4.1.3.2.
