Currently on PCS leave, it's my first PCS. Going from OCONUS to CONUS. My household goods are en route from Europe. I'm picking up my POV from my home of record and driving it to my next duty station. I'm tracking I should have TLE for up to 14 days.
What exactly is covered by TLE and what am I entitled to use my GTC for?

Your location has a PCSing class offered by family services. You should take it. The Defense Travel website also has helpful FAQs, and of course, the JTR has all the details (except TLA—that’s in the DoD FMR, Volume 7a).
For most of the services, you are required to use the GTCC for all authorized expenses. This would include transportation plus lodging and food on authorized travel days and when using TLE. You’ll want to check on TLA if you’re using that while you’re OCONUS.
TLE covers food and lodging while you’re in temporary housing near your new duty station. The exact amount depends on the location, number of travelers, and whether on base lodging is available.
