These restaurants usually have an impressive rise and fall, I know chipotle is the king of this elevated, healthy lunch alternatives but surely, surely people will not be going in droves to chipotle for lunch in a decade. The affluent suburbs are chocked full of Cava, sweet green, and Mendocino farms now.
