Hello, AD Air Force. I'm finally going through my credit cards to enable SCRA benefits. Chase and Discover were very quick and easy as they were able to verify my active status on their end (nice refunds too!)
My other creditor is requesting my active duty orders be sent to them with a clear AD start and end date. The only orders I have on PRDA or vMPF are my PCS orders from tech school to my current duty station. I have no orders loaded that show an active start and end date.
Any insight as to what I need to send them would be greatly appreciated. Is there somewhere I should be requesting these specific orders from?
Apologies for my dumbness, I'm just a little E-3 dirt bag.

Try getting a command letter on official letter head with that info.
