I'm about to PCS across the country; I can fit everything I own in my car. I've heard that you can use a PCS to make a good bit of money, how should I go about doing this? I am a brand new butter bar and have no idea how anything works, so please forgive my optimistic ignorance.

There are no tricks unless you’re willing to commit fraud. I don’t recommend that.
Have you set up your PPM with your Transportation Office? You need to do that and get empty and full weight tickets if you want to get the incentive payment based on the weight of your stuff.
You’ll also file your travel claim with finance. That will include your mileage and per Diem plus DLA if you’re eligible.
