VA loan home purchase

Both me and my wife a purchasing a home while overseas, we are using her Va benefit and me as a co-signer, the property will be in Georgia and the purchase price will be 435k my local lender which I have used before, is giving us a 6.25% with 1.5 buying points, here is a list of everything they are charging us, I do want to make sure this sounds about right and have a third party( you guys) give a second option about it.
