Hello! I’m PCSing soon and have heard you can claim an oil change as a PCS expense and wanted to see if anyone had more information regarding it. Is it even a thing and do you have to do it specifically before or specifically after the move?
And if you have anything else we should try and claim during the move that isn’t obvious. Thank you!!

That is not a thing. You are paid mileage which covers things like this.
