DLA, Travel Voucher, GTCC…Which is for what?

So i just finished my PCS, i had an intermediate stop, where i stayed in base lodging, i used my Travel Card for everything during my PCS. I received DLA, which i know is for random expenses over the course of the move. When i got to my new duty station i did the travel voucher and about a week later i received another amount of money, im guessing it was left over per diem? But my question is how does my travel card get paid off? i still have the full balance of what i used on my travel card and dont know if i use my DLA and other per diem money i got to pay it off or does it get paid out by admin and this is just extra money i now have? Always skeptical when i get extra money in the military lol.

UPDATE – I looked at my AOP on my pay, I will in include screenshots to make sure im reading it right. But from what it looks like they are paying off the full balance and this money was leftover per diem…But please correct me if im way off lol.
