Can my apartment complex send me to collections for my last months rent while I’m in BMT? I intend on paying it asap but have to move my family back closer to family and I know it takes a month to receive pay. Can’t find verbatim on SCRA thank you

If you owe a legitimate debt and didn’t follow the rules for breaking the lease under SCRA then you definitely can have your debt sold to a collections agency.
