long time historically speaking when Bitcoin breaks above previous Cycles all-time highs and starts to go on a run this is the best time to buy altcoins from a risk versus reward basis and I have just 14.9% of bitcoin’s circulating Supply is on exchanges right now only 10% of ethereum Supply is on exchanges right now with the Bitcoin and ethereum ETFs institutional and retail demand continuing
