United Heath Care Group Inc.'s PE ratio is at an all time high of 30. It has never been that high in it's entire history ever.
Change healthcare hack after effect, EPS will come at much lower than anticipated.
Biden and Sanders have said the profit cap on healthcare companies will be lowered even more.
The stock hasn't moved at all in the last 3 years.
Election year tends to be disastrous for healthcare stocks.

Biden is in election mode. If you really think he would seriously regulate the drug industry you are the regard of the month.
UNH PE went to 30 due to a one time sale of subsidiary at a 7.5B loss. Excluding that, it’s around 22 and forward around 18 even with cyber attack impact. I wouldn’t bet against UNH at 450 area because it always rebounded sharply.
If it goes down to 450 I’ll just buy more. UNH is like one of the healthiest long term companies on Earth and frequently shifts between 450 and 550
Check the monthly 50MA.
If it goes 450, i m buying calls
I sure do hope it gets to 450 range since I was eyeing a buy even at 475 range lol
Positions??????
I am going to inverse you I think.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it fell despite beating earnings and analyst expectations. Happens all the time. Big money would make it so your calls would fall short.
Good luck!
These guys laid me off a few weeks ago. I’m buying calls.
If it falls I buy right now healthcare hasn’t rallied I think they will even cardinal health
Maybe …. if Biden gets reelected, but currently it’s a great buy at $488
To $600
Seems like Biden is not going to make it, so…
I’m buying more buddy
I’m full porting into 7/19 470p Monday.
Just amazing DD
It’ll go to $520 mark my words
Damn dude I got calls fucj
It’s a great business. People pay in to get healthcare which than UNH denies and still gets to keep all the premiums. 100% margin. Buy some call Options.
It’s not going to drop that much. This isn’t nke.
TTM GAAP P/E is 30 because of a one time sale of subsidiary. The usual metric to use is forward non-GAAP P/E which is 17.4 for UNH. UNH almost always beats EPS estimates so it’s actual forward P/E is likely less than 17.
positions or ban.
I oppose UNH at all times, entirely based on emotions. (Also, better investments.)
Good enough dd for me
$435 C 8/2
