I have a civilian retirement account that I’ve been contributing to. I’m looking at my account statement and my rate of return is less than my TSP where I have been allocating my funds more aggressively.
I want to roll my funds over to TSP. Is that an easy process? Are there any downsides?

Can you make in-service withdrawals/transfers? Most companies do not allow that.
Just fix your holdings.
