Reserve retirement calculation

Hey guys, I’m wildly confused on this subject. I’ve completed 6 years AD, and now I’m moving to the reserve component In an active slot for 2 years. How can I calculate when I would retire? Frankly I’m not concerned about how much I’ll make (at the moment) I’m just trying to see if I’m still going to be able to retire at a younger age. Points are not a concern as I’m a flyer so we’re in the squadron several times a month, but if I were to fill an active billet for the next 14 years, would I still retire at 38? (Joined at 18)
