Hopefully this is allowed here. I just received an email from discover after applying for SCRA and it says the date effective is March 22nd 2021. My new interest is 5.9% from 27%. Will I get back paid the interest fees from the effective date?
I tried to attach a picture but this page says it doesn’t allow it.

*If* you paid any interest from March 22 2021 to today then yes, they’re required by SCRA to refund the difference.
