I came across their flyer in person but the number and loan officer we are working with is Erik Sandstrom – (619) 379-8999 – It’s the best deal we’ve found thus far. Good luck everyone.
This is a temporary interest rate buydown, and isn’t unique to that lender. It’s not free – it’s built into the pricing. Loan officers are feverishly trying to drum up refinance volume right now and they’re pulling out all the tricks.
