Hey folks,
Currently renting and will likely be here for 3 years. If the landlord decides to sell the house after the 1-yr lease is up, do we get any sort of recourse?
Or would we be SOL and have to fund moving ourselves to another home in town?

depends on the state you’re in what recourse you may have. In Virginia it’s 60 days notice
SOL? Thats how renting works. After your 1 yr lease is up if they dont want to renew with you and want to sell they dont owe you anything.
You would be on your own to move.
