I am a first time home buyer and recently bought my firts house with a VA loan near my unit post station, got everything accepted pretty quick but when the house was inspected by the VA loan inpector/appraiser it did not show up any issues it had until we bought the house and realize everything, the seller nor the sellers' realtors inform us of any issues with the house so far we have had to replace the floors due to pee in the underlying of the floor laminate, fix more than 50% of the electrical wiring due to exposure and bad connection, the H-vac was completly clog with cat Hair that created a ball of ice, when defrost messed up the floors, the roof has water damage, some light fixtures are not working properly and the 1/2 bathroom the house got was completely clog with clay/sediment. Can some advise me how to proceed about it, somebody know something that will help me out in my situation. I got a big family and this issues are now a huge financial issue, please help!
