DFAS MyPay won’t let me verify EFT direct deposit account

As the title says, I can’t verify my direct deposit account on the mypay website. It’s never given me issues before and the account is correct. When I try to verify the account, it says that I put in the wrong information. I’ve typed it in and copy and pasted it straight from my bank so it’s the correct info. I’ve been able to modify, add, delete allotments just fine in the past but now I can’t do anything other than check my LES.

Has anyone had this issue before? I know I can just go through finance but I would like to be able to do mypay stuff from home too, not just at work when finance feels like that want to open for the few hours a day they work.
