PCSing from San Diego to Rota, Spain. Have three TDYs in Newport and Norfolk for schools, TDY in Rota, then TDY back in Dahlgren before I finally check in to Rota in June.
Have tried to find the specific instruction on when I stop BAH and start receiving OHA. Seems I receive OHA only once I get a lease, which is what I was expecting. If I don’t get a lease until I officially check in, since I will be TDY in the states so much until Spain, would I be collecting San Diego BAH until roughly June?
