How could you possibly think you should be illegal for a merchant to charge more for a certain form of payment that literally cost them money to accept?
Surprisingly bad take from Josh Brown. To say it only affects the merchant is naive. The money came from the buyer. Making these choices illegal is ridiculous. Let businesses and consumers decide.
Parents own a restaurant and the uphill battle to advertise two prices was actually insane. People that had visas would automatically accuse us of charging them more.
