My terminal leave starts in March, I may have a job lined up for April (police academy), ETS in May.

My understanding is we get BAH while on terminal leave, also we can use the post 9/11 GI bill to get BAH while engaged in training for a job. Would I be able to accept both at the same time? Not a big deal if no, it would only be for a month or so that the times overlap, still looking to learn on how this works.

    Thanks.

While on terminal leave I'd get BAH, if I begin training for a job could I also get BAH from post 9/11?

No VA can not pay you MHA (it’s not BAH) while you are on active duty. Terminal leave is still being on active duty.
