BAH-T from oconus to conus PCS

Packing from Germany to Oklahoma soon. I sign out August 24th, leave August 27th, and my report date isn’t until October 16th. I can’t report early, as it’s only approved for 10 days early. When does transit BAH start? Will I be paid on the check that’s 9/15? Trying to figure out my leave set up. Can’t get a straight answer.
