PCS advance entitlement question (US NAVY)

I’ve filled out and routed my 1300/1 for all of the needs I need met (DLA, POV#, dependents), but my CPPA seems to have misplaced it when I asked to verify what I had originally put down on paper. My question is if he did not submit it within the 30 days prior to my departure or not at all, will I receive the same amount when I complete my voucher after PCSing regardless of how much the trip costs me? Should I use my GTCC? I don’t want to get shafted out of the estimated value I got from the travel calculator estimator.
