Recently just commissioned and am on PCS orders to go to BOLC. I am married and I know I qualify for BAH but do I have to give DEERS a lease? Currently living with parents and not paying rent and will be doing so until I PCS to my official duty station upon graduation.

A lease is not required for BAH. If you are PCSing, you will BAH for your duty location. Is your parents’ house close enough to commute everyday?
