I have been trying to find answers in the JTR for Civilian PCS, and while I am sure the answers I seek are in there, I think I may not be looking in the right place. Any help would be massively appreciated!

In 2017, I PCS'd from Little Rock AFB with a paid PCS for a federal civilian position. I received everything – HHG, POV Shipment, home sale transaction reimbursement, travel for myself, my former spouse, and 2 children. I also got TQSE.

I satisfied the three year commitment, and I have just accepted a job offer for another federal job in Utah. I intend to use the return PCS benefit, which is included in the original transportation agreement from 2017.

    My questions are:

What is included with the return PCS benefit? Will it mirror what I received when I PCS'd OCONUS to AK? Or is return travel limited to travel and HHG?

Also, I was divorced, remarried and gained a step child since I moved to AK. Will the return benefits cover my new dependents?

I apologize if these are things I should have found in the JTR. I am frantically trying to plan a move out of AK before winter hits and want to be as informed as I can going in.

Return from OCONUS PCS Entitlements – What are they?

    1. I’m confused on your status. You’re AD, overseas, moving directly into an AGR position? Or what?
