Just got a 30k bonus. What should I do with it?
5 year E-5.
Combined salary with civilian spouse at 180k/year.
Both with credit scores at 810+.
1 fully paid off car.
1 truck with 26k (KBB valued at 34k) left on $750 a month payment at 2.5% interest.
Mortgage is $3700 a month on 6.5% interest.
Just matching TSP at 5% averaging 18% returns annually.
I’m leaning towards just paying off the truck and putting the rest in either a CD or Navy Fed digital investor with a very aggressive portfolio. Any ideas? What else am I forgetting to include besides personal worth?
