Why hasn’t dfas deposited my retroactive pay?

It’s been a month since I saw on my LES that I finally got my retroactive pay (I recently separated from dodea), but it has not been deposited and nobody from the HR building has contacted me back about it. I tried to contact my old boss but he has also not gotten back to be after several emails. I’m at a loss here and am not sure if I should make a claim through USAA. Thought or suggestions are welcome.
