(HYPOTHETICALLY)I’m separating soon and I was thinking about possibly reenlisting and switching my mos. I’m also planning to move into a house as well. Hypothetically, would I be able to rent the house while I’m gone and also receive bah?

Sure.
But gone for what?
Active duty personnel don’t receive BAH for having a house, so whether you’re living in the house you own or not has no implications on whether you receive BAH. Your eligibility for BAH is the only thing that matters.
There is information you haven’t provided that makes it hard to help.
Do you currently get BAH?
What would change between now and your reserve time to allow you to qualify for BAH (if not already)?
If you get BAH for the location where your school is, how are you going to afford a place near training and the house? (Kinda answered by renting to family)
How are you going to afford the house once back from training? You only receive BAH when on drill weekends or orders. Orders may take you away from your home.
