About to do a PPM move from California to North Carolina. My question is I know I need weight tickets but are we required to only weight on base scales or can I go to a “cat scale” and weight it on my own. And if required to weight on base do they check what you packed? Trying to load as close to my max as possible if you know what I mean…

They will have authorized places to get weight tickets at when you talk to transportation.
