I sold an insurance policy for a customer in June and that customer went and tried to get their registration done and it showed them that they don’t have insurance. However on my end it states active. How can we or I rectify this? I work for a company?

talk to your supervisor. if it’s not an easy answer like they forgot to pay their bill or they fat fingered the VIN/DL, there may be an issue at your carrier reporting to the DMV
