BAH is a factor of child support (child lives in TN full time), but can you contest an adjustment if the BAH is about to decrease significantly? Child support is up for review and we will only be stationed in our current location for 8 months. BAH is very high here because of the COL, but our next duty station is half of what we currently get in BAH. Has anyone had experience with this before? Currently paying amount tied to prior duty station BAH, but the increase attached to current BAH will be completely unaffordable once we leave.
