Some big institutions were given info before public, I wonder if anyone is actually surprised by this… Literally can't make this up.

    6. I would fire every single person under me if I got a report like that. In fact I would be fired as well. Maybe jail.

    7. To be fair, their advantage came from the clever thought to call and inquire as to why the rates were not showing up, which anyone could have done. I do think 69,420 things unfairly give advantage to large banks and hedge funds, but this particular case isnt that exciting.
