Motorcycle Stolen and Recovered

My motorcycle Zx6r 2024 was stolen 3 weeks ago. I filed a police report the day of the theft and filed an insurance claim. I have full coverage insurnace, $1000 theft deductible with State Farm.

My motorcycle was found completely altered and not it was when I first bought it a few months ago.

What are the chances the insurance will pay out my bike, as opposed to repairing it.
This is a concern as I don’t know how it will ride or how durable it will be after it was stolen and everything was modified.
