I was rear ended and not at fault. Both vehicles use the same insurer.
I’ve had minor lower back issue on and off for the last couple of months. Seen a chiro a few times.
I realize that an settlement on an injury claim would be minimal. BUT if I make the claim will it affect my experience rating since both cars had the same insurer?
